2014 IT Skills and Salary Report

Consistent with results from the last two surveys, results from the 2014 IT Skills and Salary Report suggest that economic conditions are improving for many IT and business professionals. The percentage of respondents who reported receiving a raise eclipsed 70 percent for the first time since the 2009 survey. However, respondents report that doing more with less appears to be the new normal.

About the Survey

Global Knowledge and Windows IT Pro joined forces to survey IT and business professionals regarding compensation and training needs. The survey was conducted online during fall of 2013 with more than 10,250 professionals responding from North America.
