Microsoft Services recently released professional services offerings to help organizations deploy Windows 7 and Exchange Server 2010.

Desktop Planning and Deployment to help customers deploy Windows 7 with reduced risk and the assurance that their environment will work seamlessly, saving start up time and cost.

Microsoft Services Desktop Application Compatibility enables customers to rationalize their application portfolio from an automated application testing solution to speed and minimize the remediation effort and risk of the application compatibility project.  For instance, Microsoft Services worked with Samsung electronics prior to their Windows 7 deployment to assess 53 business-critical and line-of-business, identify compatibility issues and create remediation options that enabled a quicker, more cost-effective deployment.

Desktop Image Engineering through which Customers can realize IT Labor cost savings of up to $52 per PC per year, reduced technician deployment times and simplified image maintenance and authoring.
