Outlook: Including an Attachments Line in an HTML Format Message Printout

When I print an HTML-format message from Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 in memo style, can I direct Outlook to include in the printout an Attachments line that's similar to the To, From, and Subject lines?

Outlook 2003 prints attachment information in plain text format and Rich Text Format (RTF) messages, but HTML-format messages have been a problem. Office 2003 Service Pack 1 (SP1) solves this long-standing difficulty. As you can see in Figure 1, an Attachments line appears beneath the Subject line of the memo-style printout.
