Q: How can I configure the Xbox One to automatically logon as a specific Live account at startup?
A: This isn't possible. The Xbox One is designed to automatically log in Live accounts, as it recognizes the person. If it is not recognizing you, perform the following to help it:
- At the top left of the screen, move to the Sign-in prompt and select it with the A button.

In the Who do you want to sign in as? screen (see screen shot below), and select the I wasn't recognized option.
- Choose your account,then make sure in the Kinect view that it places the name next to your face.
- Press the That's me option.
- You will get a message that next time it will recognize you better next time.
