Why has my computer started to randomly play classical (and not so classical) music?

A. Computers with BIOSes developed by Award/Unicore since 1997 have a feature whereby the BIOS sends to the PC speaker either "Fur Elise" or "It's a Small World" as an indication that either the CPU fan is failing or has failed or that the power supply voltages have drifted out of tolerance.
