Train Signal Releases Server 2008 MCITP Training Packages

IT professionals seeking a new position, a better position, or to move into a new field or area all face the same training dilemma: training costs time and money, both of which are typically in short supply.

For IT pros just getting started in certification, professionals new to IT, and those looking to take on a position as a generalist, there's no better place to start than with Windows Server 2008 training. Even experienced IT pros can get a leg up by learning the tricks and traps of Microsoft's latest server OS.

Train Signal, a company that offers DVD-based training courses that you can do on your time at an affordable price, has just announced Windows Server 2008 MCITP Server and Enterprise Administrator training packages.

“As the economy remains in a fragile state, more people are looking for ways to become more marketable,” said Iman Jalali, Train Signal’s Director of Sales and Marketing. “We are pleased to offer this complete training package to help everyone from beginners to experienced administrators develop their skills and enhance their careers.”

The Windows Server 2008 MCITP Server Administrator training package feature more than 50 hours of video instruction on 7 DVDs, and the Windows Server 2008 MCITP Enterprise Administrator training package features more than 72 hours of video instruction on 13 DVDs. Students can access the training in a variety of file formats, including iPod, WMV and AVI video. Each package also includes a practice exam.

Because both of these certifications are MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional), each requires at least one Server 2008 MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) certification. For example, to gain the Server Administrator MCITP, you must first complete either the Server 2008 Active Directory MCTS, the Server 2008 Network Configuration MCTS, or the Server 2008 Server Administrator MCTS exam. The Enterprise Administrator MCITP requires multiple certifications. To learn more about the requirements, visit www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/mcitp.aspx#tab2.

The MCITP Enterprise Administrator package is currently available for $1,495 (normally $1,999). The MCITP Server Administrator package is available for $997 (normally $1,999). To learn more or purchase either of these products, visit www.trainsignal.com.
