When you use a 32-bit program on an x64 version of Windows, selecting the option to print output that is black and white prints black instead of grayscale.
This behavior will occur if the GetModuleFileName function is used to identify the program that is printing the document, because it returns Splwow64.exe instead of the name of the program.
To workaround this behavior, print grayscale output or color output instead of printing black and white output.
For information about configuring the printer options to print grayscale or color, see 10484 » Hardware and Software Third-Party Vendor Contact List.
