Q. What's the best way to create a bootable USB drive for Windows 7 installation?

A. Microsoft offers the Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool, which takes the ISO image of a Windows 7 installation media as its input and writes to a USB device (or DVD), enabling installation from the USB stick. Using the tool is a basic two-step process—just select the ISO file and the destination and the tool will create your drive, as shown here.
