A. Outlook 2010 moves a number of features around, so it's not always obvious how to perform certain actions.
If you want to export data from Outlook, you need to click the File tab, Open, then Import, as shown here. (Yes, Import, even though you want to export.)
The Import and Export wizard will launch with Export and Import options. From here, you can select Export to a file (as shown here), select the data to save, and choose where to save.
