To exercise precise control over picture size, use the Format Picture command.

• Choose the Format Picture command and click the Size tab.

You can configure picture size as a specific measurement in the Size and Rotate section, or as a Scale. If you select Lock aspect ratio, you can modify either the Height or the Width and the other will adjust to maintain the picture's proportions.

You can also click the Reset button to reset the picture to its original size.
