New R2 features aren't listed under Add/Remove Windows Components

Q. I've installed Windows Server 2003 R2, but the new R2 features aren't listed under Add/Remove Windows Components.

A. This is generally caused by not running the second CD-ROM that's part of the R2 release. Run the second R2 CD-ROM, which should resolve the problem (the R2auto.exe should be executed from the root of the CD).
