The Knowledge Consistency Checker doesn't use the values that you configured on the site link bridge because there is no direct site link between the two sites that are linked by the site link bridge, and the replication options and time interval information are not copied to the site link bridge configuration.

To workaround this behavior, raise the forest functional level to either Windows Server 2003 Interim or Windows Server 2003.
