JSI Tip 8226. When you type 'netsh show helper' on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, Hnetmon.dll does NOT appear?

If Hnetmon.dll is missing from the Netsh helper list, you may be unable to configure a bridged adapter to  promiscuous mode.

To workaround the subject problem:

1. Open a CMD.EXE window.

2. Type the following command and press Enter:

Netsh add helper Hnetmon.dll
