JSI Tip 8004. When you attempt to access the Windows Update site, you receive 'Initialization error 0x800A1391'?

The subject behavior will occur if you cannot download the ActiveX component of the Windows Update Web site.

To workaround this problem:

1. Verify that your firewall is NOT blocking the download of the ActiveX component.

2. Add the following to the Internet Explorer Trusted Sites zone:
