When you use MBSA (Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer) to download the Mssecure.cab security update, you receive:
No such interface supported. (0x80004002)
You you have a download manager, such as Download Express or GetRight, installed on your computer, you may experience this problem.
This will occur if namespace handlers have been installed in the registry. To determine if this is the case:
1. Open Regedit.exe.
2. On the Edit menu, press Find.
3. Type Name-Space Handler into the Find What box and press Find Next.
4. When the Name-Space Handler key is found, expand it. If HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\PROTOCOLS\Name-Space Handler\http exists, you have a Name-Space Handler installed.
To workaround this behavior, remove the download manager prior to downloading the Mssecure.cab security update.
