JSI Tip 7650. Your Windows XP SP1 computer hangs during startup?

When you start your Windows XP Service Pack 1 (SP1) computer, it stops responding (hangs)?

This behavior will occur if you have USB 2.0 devices and USB 1.1 FDD devices connected.

Windows XP SP1 does NOT support both USB 2.0 Legacy BIOS and USB 1.1 devices, causing the USB 1.1 device driver to malfunction.

To workaround this behavior, turn off USB 2.0 Legacy BIOS support in your computer's BIOS.

NOTE: See Availability of the Windows XP SP1 USB 1.1 and 2.0 Update.
