When you run Winnt32.exe from the Windows Server 2003 CD-ROM to setup Windows Server 2003, the customary keyboard shortcut keys do NOT appear?

For example, on the License Agreement dialog, you see:

I accept the agreement

I don't accept this agreement

Other versions of Winnt32.exe would have displayed:

I accept the agreement

I don't accept this agreement

To enable the keyboard shortcuts, you must press the ALT key.
