Saved queries allow you to access a consistent set of directory objects. Searches can be narrowed down to a single container object.
In Active Directory Users and Computers, the Saved Queries folder, and sub-folders, allow you to create, edit, save, and organize saved queries.
The Saved Queries are stored in dsa.msc, allowing you to copy them to other Windows Server 2003 domain controllers in your domain.
When a saved query is executed and the resulting objects displayed, you can modify an individual object, or you can select multiple, or all objects, using standard multi-select keys:
To select all objects, Select the first object. Then press CTRL+A, or hold down the SHIFT key as you select the last object.
You can hold down the CTRL key when selecting individual objects.
