JSI Tip 6582. How do I get help for a Bluetooth-enabled device installed on Windows XP?

Bluetooth is an standard protocol that enables wireless connectivity for computers, mobile phones, handheld devices,  ear pieces,  mice, keyboards, and other wireless devices.

When you install software for a Bluetooth device, the Help file is generally installed.

The exact steps you would take to access the Bluetooth Help files will vary by vendor:

Windows Category View:

1. Control Panel / Printers and Other Hardware / Wireless Link.

2. Select the Bluetooth tab.

3. Press click Learn more about Bluetooth in the Wireless Link dialog.

Windows Classic View

1. Control Panel / Wireless Link.

2. Press click Learn more about Bluetooth in the Wireless Link dialog.

NOTE: Some vendors may install the Help files directly in Control Panel.

NOTE: See Microsoft Platform SDK - Bluetooth.
