When you open the Terminal Services Licensing snap-in, you receive:
No Terminal Services license server is available in the current domain or workgroup. To connect to another license server, click Connect, and then type the server name.
Even if you set the preferred license server, you receive this error?
If File and Printer Sharing is NOT enabled on the licensing server, you will have this problem.
