JSI Tip 6092. You must remove SecureRemote VPN client software before you upgrade to Windows XP?

When you attempt to upgrade to Windows XP, the Windows XP Upgrade Advisor reports that a blocking issue with SecureRemote prevents the upgrade.

To workaround this issue.

1. Use Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs to uninstall the SecureRemote program.

2. Search your disk for any occurrences of Fwenc.exe and delete each Fwenc.exe file that you find.

3. Run Windows XP Setup.
