JSI Tip 5357. How can I force custom .adm file policy objects to be reapplied when the user logs on or the computer restarts?

The default behavior is to reapply the custom .adm file policy when a policy object changes.

If you wish to to reapply the custom .adm file policy every time the user logs on or the computer restarts:

1. Copy / Paste the following to a ForceGPO.reg file:

REGEDIT4

\[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Group Policy\\{35378EAC-683F-11D2-A89A-00C04FBBCFA2\}\]
"NoGPOListChanges"=dword:00000000

2. Double-click or Merge the ForceGPO.reg file with the registry.
