When you use the NETSH tool to authorize or unauthorize a DHCP service in a Active Directory domain, if you subsequently use the DHCP Service snap-in to reverse your action, you may receive:
The parameter is incorrect.
NOTE: If you stop and restart the DHCP service, the service appears to reflect the change.
There is a several minute lag between the use of NETSH and the time that the DHCP snap-in reflects the change.
