JSI Tip 4347. How do I disable the low disk space taskbar warning in Windows XP?

When your hard disk is almost full, Windows XP displays a warning in the taskbar.

To disable the feature:

1. Use the registry editor to navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer.

2. On the Edit menu, add a New DWORD value name of NoLowDiskSpaceChecks.

3. Set the data value to 1.

4. Exit the registry editor and restart your computer.

NOTE: You can clear the Warn when low on disk space feature in Tweak UI, a Windows XP PowerToy.
