JSI Tip 4190. When you invoke the Runas utility from a command prompt, without the /profile switch, the default profile is used?

I first described the Runas utility in tip 2548.

When you use Runas from a command prompt, without the /profile switch, the default user profile is used instead of the impersonated user profile.

NOTE: If the program or batch you run creates a file in the My Documents folder, it will be created in the default user My Documents folder.

NOTE: If you use Start / Programs / Accessories / SHIFT+right-click / Command Prompt, the /profile switch is used by default.

NOTE: Windows XP always loads the profile of the impersonated user.
