JSI Tip 3671. How do I prevent users from closing Active Desktop content?

In tip 3669 we prevented users from adding Active Desktop content. In tip 3670 we prevented users from deleting Active Desktop content.

To prevent users from closing Active Desktop content, enable the Prohibit closing items Group Policy at User Configuration\AdministrativeTemplates\Desktop\Active Desktop.

If the policy is Not configured, you can enable it by setting the NoClosingComponents value name, a REG_DWORD data type, to 1, at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop.
