In tip 0884 » Does you machine reboot at an exact fixed interval, for no apparent reason, I described the ShutdownTime registry value.

Another location for the ShutdownTime value name is:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Volatile\ShutdownTime

Delete the ShutdownTime value name.
