When you use the Add Printer Wizard to connect to an Internet printer, an HTTP print port is automatically installed. No attempt is made to determine if the faster RPC connectivity is available.
The Add Printer Wizard does NOT support advanced Internet printing features.
To use advanced Internet printing features, connect to the server using the http://ServerName/PrinterShare syntax.
