JSI Tip 2871. IE starts when you click a hyperlink in OE, even though Netscape is your Windows 2000 default browser?

When you click a hyperlink in Outlook Express, Internet Explorer 5.5 starts, even though Netscape Navigator is your default browser?

The only work-around I know is:

1. Right-click the hyperlink and press Copy Shortcut.

2. Press Start / Run.

3. Use CTRL+V to paste the shortcut into the run line.

4. Press OK.
