When you toggle the Enable Personalized Favorites Menu check box on the Advanced tab of Internet Options, nothing happens?
Two things must be true for a change to Enable Personalized Favorites Menu to become effective:
1. You must exit and restart Internet Explorer.
2. You must have used Internet Explorer long enough for it to detect your working habits, so it can demote (hide) menu items.
It can take 7 days or more for IE to learn your working habits.
NOTE: The Enable Personalized Favorites Menu feature should not be confused with Use Personalized Menus,
tips 2118 and 2252.
