JSI Tip 1866. SBS Setup Computer Wizard doesn't recognize the floppy you insert?

After inserting a floppy, SBS Setup Computer Wizard prompts you with one of the following:

        The disk was not found. Please insert the disk.

        The disk is damaged. Please insert another disk.

A formatted floppy is required.

NOTE: Setup Computer Wizard will reformat the disk, wiping any data.

If your diskette is preformatted, it may be missing the media descriptor byte.
