JSI Tip 1619. New folder in SFM reverts to "New Folder".

There is a conflict between SFM and Windows NT Explorer, such that attemps to change the name of a new folder from New Folder to its' actual name works, but the name automatically changes back to New Folder.

Microsoft is aware of the problem.

You can prevent this behavior by pressing Enter within 5 seconds of typing the new name.
