JSI Tip 1550. W9x client receives: You Do Not Have Permission to Modify This Print Job?

When a W9x client tries to delete a print job from a Windows NT server queue, they receive:

You Do Not Have Permission to Modify This Print Job

even though they own the print job and have Full Control permission.

Due to latency, the queue display does not reflect the fact that the job has now been spooled to the printer's memory, and is actually gone from the server .
