If your W9x domain clients see an empty window when viewing Network Neighborhood and double-clicking on Entire Network returns Unable to browse the network. The network is not accessible, then your client is configured to both logon to the domain and is a member of a workgroup.
In W9x, there are two entries in Control Panel / Network that indentifies workgroup and domain names.
To resolve the problem, configure the W9x clients logon to the domain.
