SP4 is supposed to replace %SystemRoot%\System32\Spool\Prtprocs\W32<platform>\Winprint.dll, but it doesn't.
To fix the problem, choose method A or B:
A:
1. Locate Winprint.dll on the SP4 CD-ROM or from the expanded Service Pack (SP4I386.exe /x).
2. Net stop spooler.
3. Copy Winprint.dll from step 1 to %SystemRoot%\System32\Spool\Prtprocs\W32<platform>\Winprint.dll.
4. Net start spooler.
or
B:
1. Locate Winprint.dll on the SP4 CD-ROM or from the expanded Service Pack (SP4I386.exe /x).
2. Rename %SystemRoot%\System32\Spool\Prtprocs\W32<platform>\Winprint.dll to Winprint.old.
3. Copy Winprint.dll from step 1 to %SystemRoot%\System32\Spool\Prtprocs\W32<platform>\Winprint.dll.
4. Shutdown and restart your computer.
