If you receive:
process: Spoolss.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point SplDriverEvent could not be located in the dynamic link library Localspl.dll.
you have a missing or corrupt %SystemRoot%\System32\Localspl.dll.
Replace it with a copy from the latest Service pack or any Windows NT Server or Workstation CD-ROM.
You can expand a service pack by switching to the directory it is stored in and typing the ServicePackFileName.exe /x
