SvcMgr is a freeware GUI Services Administration Utility which will manage services remotely on any machine in your domain.
To install it, unzip svcmgr.zip and copy the SvcMgr.exe to your path.
SvcMgr.exe requires administrative priviledges to manage a service but an ordinary user can display a service's properties.
SvcMgr.exe can:
Start, Stop, Pause and Continue a service.
Display service properties.
Change service properties.
Edit service dependencies.
Delete a service.
Operate remotely.
