How can I use the command line to create mailboxes?

A. On your Microsoft Exchange Server, you can create a CSV file and use Exchange Administrator to import the file, or you can use the net user /add command. When you use net user /add on a computer that has Exchange Administrator installed, you'll create a new Exchange mailbox and set its Primary Windows NT Account attribute to the newly created account.
