The product is designed to minimize downtime from an OS failure by taking scheduled snapshots of user-defined data sets that can include the OS, application files and data, user data, settings, or an entire volume. The product, which one reader calls "user friendly," includes numerous features that let an administrator create customized data sets to protect and perform diagnostics and troubleshooting so that you can resolve problems and restore systems with a minimum of downtime.
