Be Picky About the Pages You Print

Unfortunately, the printing options in Microsoft Outlook are somewhat limited. Unlike most other Microsoft Office applications, Outlook doesn't have the option to print just one page or a range of pages in a mail message.

One workaround is to print to the fax printer driver. When it asks you for the fax number, enter a random number. You'll then be given the option to preview the fax. While previewing the fax, you can select the Print option and identify which pages of the mail message you want to print.

This solution might not be practical-if you want to print one page of a two-page mail message. However, it's certainly worth the effort if you want to print one page of a 30-page mail message.
