Your Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 computer occasionally receives a STOP 0x0000001E BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) in Win32k.sys.

The behavior will occur if a printer driver or graphics driver returns a "-1" parameter (0xFFFFFFFF) if the driver encounters an error when the DrvCreateDeviceBitmap function is called.

Microsoft is aware of this problem.
