Seriously, does anyone give a damn about aging rock super group U2 anymore? Apparently, Apple does. This week, the company announced a new version of its U2 iPod Special Edition, which is based on the fifth-generation iPod but comes in a black case with a red scroll wheel, all for just a $30 premium over the normal 30GB iPod. Oh, and it has the autographs of the band members etched in the back. You know, just in case you want to pass a bad check in their names.
