JSI Tip 5354. 'Access denied by access control list' when you visit a Web page?

When you connect to your ISP via a dial-up connection, your attempts to view a Web page generates:

403 Forbidden
You were denied access because:
Access denied by access control list.

You may still be able to send and receive e-mail. You may be able to access the Internet from other computers, and from other user accounts.

The dial-up connection to your ISP may be corrupt.

To resolve the problem, delete and re-create the dial-up connection to your ISP.
