Outlook 2002 Hotfix Addresses 2GB Size Limit

Microsoft has released a hotfix to help Outlook 2002 users keep their Personal Folders (.pst) files and offline folders (.ost) files from reaching the 2GB size limit (when these files reach 2GB, users can no longer open them). The hotfix prevents users from adding data once the file size reaches 1.82GB. Microsoft hasn't released similar fixes for earlier versions of Outlook. For more information, see Microsoft article Q304863.
