JSI Tip 1547. How do I troubleshoot the receipt of POP3 email in OE?

You can cause Outlook Express to create a log file at
%SystemRoot%\Profiles\%UserName%\Application Data\Microsoft\OutlookExpress\Mail\Pop3.log which you can use to troubleshoot the receipt of email using the Post Office Protocol (POP3).

In OE, click Tools / Options / Advanced / Logging Options / Mail Transport, click Apply, and click OK.
