Syncfusion Releases Suite of Components for Business Intelligence
Syncfusion, a provider of Windows Forms, ASP.NET, WPF, BackOffice, and Silverlight components, announced a new suite of components for business intelligence as part of the refresh release of Essential Studio 2009, Volume 1.
Essential Studio Business Intelligence Edition is now in beta, with the final release slated for April 2009. This new suite includes an OLAP Chart, an interactive PivotGrid, and an interactive Cube Explorer.
The OLAP Chart provides a graphical representation of OLAP Cube data. There also is an interactive PivotGrid that allows quick summarization and analysis of large amounts of numerical data in user-friendly ways. Drill-down features enable developers to view both aggregate and detailed views of Cube data. The interactive Cube Explorer enables visually defining schema for a CubeModel and allows that schema to be reused in other applications.
Also, as part of this refresh release, all Syncfusion's products for ASP.NET, WPF, WinForms, and Silverlight have been enhanced with new controls, features, and better designer support.
