Exchange 2000 OWA

MSExchangeIS Service does not get the virtual directory M created before starting the W3SVC service. This code, when made into an EXE will wait for 30 seconds before starting the W3SVC service. This gives the MSExchangeIS service time to create the virtual directory M. See Technet article Q259373.
