Amzi! Prolog + Logic Server 7.2 Includes Eclipse 3 IDE

The new 7.2 release of Amzi! Prolog + Logic Server incorporates the Eclipse 3 IDE to provide a development environment for logic programming. This environment provides editing, debugging, and project management for logic programs, embedded logicbases, and remote logicbases on Web servers.

Eclipse 3 features a new look and feel with a much more responsive user interface, and the ability to run many tasks in the background. Support for Unicode source files has been improved, allowing the development of mixed language applications. Eclipse also features improved help, more sophisticated searching capabilities, and tighter CVS integration for team development.

Amzi! 7.2 adds graphical icons for breakpoints indicating the four debug ports: call, fail, redo, and exit. This, in conjunction with the call stack, illustrates advanced logic programming features such as backtracking, recursion, and unification.

Amzi! supports all the latest Web-based technologies: ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#.NET, Java Servlets, JSP, and XML. It also supports the latest versions of C#, Visual Basic, C++, Java, and Delphi.

Amzi! is available in Free, Student, Developer, Professional, and Enterprise editions.
