Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2012 (OpsMgr) has the ability to monitor certain aspects of network routers and switches, firewalls, and other devices, making the service application a robust tool to actively identify potential network problems. Or, even better and more preferred, it allows you to verify that the infrastructure is humming along swimmingly.
