The Save command is used to save the current version of the document, overwriting the previous version.
The Save As command is used to save a new copy of the document. In the Save As dialog box, you can select:
- A new location for the file. Use the Save In box, the Places Bar, or any of the other navigation tools to browse to the correct location.
- A new name for the file. Type a name in the File name box.
- A new type for the file. Select from the Save as type list.
- New options, such as a password, embedded fonts, etc. Click the Tools button and choose from the drop-down menu.
